Control from production process:

• We don’t send parts out for pretreatment, all process would be supervised underinspection department

• 7 stages pretreatment meet international standard

• Baking at high temperature after power coating to ensurethe paint finish

Control from material:

• All bolts and screws are of SS material

• Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mmthickness, meet EU standard

• Plastic material is of ABS only. Durable and Sturdy. At least 10 years lifetime. Different colors for options.

Control from inspection:

• Process inspections after cold working, acid washing,powder coating and assembling

Final inspection before loading in random checking

• SGS third party inspection available if required
